• Project Management - Our voice, video, and data expertise makes us uniquely qualified to address today's interactive video, high-speed data, and highly integrated voice networks.  MCA is "rooted" in large-scale project management, integration and installation.  We have the ability to completely "take on" a project, or, as is the case with most large-scale projects, work alongside your staff.  We believe this is the most efficient way to get your project up and running quickly, while providing for an in-depth level of training through experience.

• Network Analysis - Most large projects must consider 'legacy' network hardware and software.  In this first step, Network Analysis, MCA provides an audit for what exists prior to successfully designing new networks.  Technology is changing at such a rapid pace that hardware and software 'life cycle' depreciation, which can create a stagnant network, can not be considered any longer.  Rather, the ability to integrate and upgrade from a solid network design is now the most cost effective method in large scale project installations.

• Network Design - A solid network and system design is the foundation to any successful project.  Whether it is an Interactive Video System, Frame Relay, ATM Network, Voice Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), or Integrated Voice Response (IVR) System, MCA Network Consultants strives to achieve a balance of sound design , appropriate technology, and cost effective solutions.
